This Algebra 1 course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of core algebraic concepts essential for success. Throughout the course, students will delve into key topics such as linear equations, quadratic functions, inequalities, systems of equations, rational expressions, polynomial operations, exponential functions, and graphing. A huge emphasis is placed on developing proficiency in applying algebraic principles to real world problems. By mastering these foundational skills, students will not only be fully prepared to excel on the Algebra I Regents but also build a strong mathematical foundation for future pursuits such as Algebra II and Pre-Calculus.
