This course focuses on helping students learn logical thinking and introducing the student to Computer Science. The student will be learning coding through Java and will touch most of the topics in the AP Computer Science A curriculum. There may be some degrees of website development such as HTML, CSS, and Javascript taught as enrichment, but this course will mainly focus on shaping a student’s logical thinking skills. Through completing numerous practices and engaging in class discussions, the student will have a headstart in the field of Computer Science.
