Math Grades 5-6

Grades 5-6

I plan to teach mostly 5th grade math material, such as multiplication, long division, decimals, fractions, perimeter, area, volume, graphing, and charting. If possible, I’d like to include some 6th grade material to challenge them and help them get ahead. This way, students can perform better in school and will be more advanced. I want students to be able to enjoy math, as I find it a very fun subject once one understands the concepts. I plan on giving a lot of practice, and if possible, find fun and creative ways to get students involved, such as online Kahoots, Blookets, etc.
