Hello everyone, my name is Tristan Sun and I'm excited to be your instructor for this class. I have a background in computer science because I recently qualified for the USA Computing Olympiad Gold division and have contributed to several open source softwares. In this class, we will learn the basics of coding and the structure of a program. We will also create several interesting programs to test our knowledge. No background in computer science is required, because we will learn the entire process from thinking about the code, writing the code, and debugging the code.
