Grades 6-8

This course is designed to prepare motivated middle school students for more advanced math in High School. Coming into this course, students should be comfortable with solving basic equations and graphing lines. With this set of skills, students will explore several topics in Algebra and Geometry, including more complicated number operations, systems of equations and their applications, inequalities, triangles and their properties, and solid geometry. From this course, they will build the foundation needed to solve more challenging problems and ultimately succeed in high school.
